First of all, please note that all sales items and accessories are final and non-refundable.

We accept the return of products in their original condition within 14 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused pieces with its original tag on.

If you have received a defected item, please drop us an email to our Customer Care team customer@hencestudio.co along with a photo of the defect. Otherwise, if the returned product is found to be defective and the customer did not notice in advance, the products will be counted as shipped out in good condition and was defect by the customer itself. Hence, we reserve the right to reject the return request and will send it back to the customer.

All return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the team to process the return request. You will be notified via email once the request has been approved! Please note that a return request after 14 days from the delivery date will not be approved.

Hence Studio does not cover the cost of any return shipping (excepts for defective item) and is also not responsible for any lost returns. Therefore, we recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

How will my return order be reimbursed? 

You’ll receive Store Credit (Voucher) equivalent to the purchase value of the item into your account. Please note that no cash refund(s) are allowed.
